FITTING THE GEARLESS CENTRE DIFFERENTIAL

It takes 3 hours for the two speed model!

Simply remove the rear prop-shaft and transfer case rear half. Reinstall the output gears and bearings on to the Gearless Centre Differential shaft and slide assembly back onto the original front output shaft.

As the complete two speed Gearless Centre Differential assembly is 130mm longer than standard the kit comes with an extension housing, a new speedo drive housing, and a special shorter prop-shaft.

The dedicated low speed Gearless Centre Differential comes complete with its low speed gear and both front and rear output shafts. As the Gearless Centre Differential assembly is identical in length the standard driveshaft is re-used.

All kits come complete with all the bearings and gaskets necessary to make fitment a straight-forward operation.
